I have received a couple of calls this week about the difficulties members have experienced trying to find a post office that will carry out the ID check required for their CRB check.
This service is not offered by all Post Offices although I understand the numbers are being extended.
It seems some members are going to the Branch Finder page on the Post Office web site and inserting their post code details but not using the Select service drop down menu.
In order to find a location that does check ID s it is necessary to tick the box next to CRB & ID Verification Service.
